Great location, very close to several metro stationsm bus and tram. Getting there from airport was also very easy using the airport train to Vienna Meidling station.
Some of bathroom and toilet facilities could use some refresh. Kitchen was usable but just. It would become nuisance for longer stays.

Optimale Lage, um Wien zu erkunden. Unkomplizierter Check-in per App und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Bequeme Betten. Zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Apartment mit Frühstücksutensilien, was eine feine Geste ist. Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage.
Die Federkissen sind etwas müffelig, auch wenn die Bettwäsche supersauber war. Die Parkgarage schlägt nochmal mit 11 Euro/Tag zubuche. Da hatte ich bei der Buchung wohl nicht genau genug hingeguckt. Die Küche hat zwar alles, was man braucht, ist aber recht lieblos ins Eck geklatscht (z.B. windschiefer Kühlschrank). Das schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck etwas.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal. U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür, Spar direkt gegenüber, Parkhaus in der Nähe. Räumlichkeiten sind in Ordnung. Rolladen zum Abdunkeln.
Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es gibt aber nur 3 Stühle. Sitzen mussten wir improvisieren. Das größte Problem war das Wasser in der Dusche. Entweder nur kalt oder zu warm um angenehm duschen zu können. Klarer Minuspunkt und mit Kindern nicht handhabbar.
