Nice located, easy access to the apartment, everything was clear and well organized.
This particular apartment still had kitchennete in a re-building. But we hadn't to use it, it was ok. Also, it was extremely hot in Vienna during our stay; while apartment has no air-conditioning (pay attention to the weather conditions when renting).

The apartment was perfect for us - close to everything (metro, supermarkets, other stores- everything you would need). The rooms were clean and tidy. The apartment was quiet and had everything you need.
There was a small issue with the electricity in one of the rooms, but the staff was responsive and fixed it quite quickly.
There was no air conditioning which is challenging when the weather outside is >30 degrees. The apartment is next to a park which some nights might be noisy if you like to sleep with an open window.
