The location is at center of the city. All things are available on walking distance. It is really a silent place.

it’s right by downtown, but super calm street. Big space inside of the house! Very clean!

Location was excellent! Very close to downtown for the festival, yet quiet and peaceful for sleeping.
The beds were small.
The kitchen had no freezer, and minimal dishes (no bowls for cereal/salad?).
Insufficient amount of basic supply of toilet paper.
Unstable wi-fi, making it difficult to work remotely.
Cockroach in the bathroom!
