Has everthying needed and children’s games. Also had a bathtub to take a bath. Bed was very comfortable.
Couch is a bit dirty so I just draped a sheet over where I was lying and had to give the tub a good wipedown before taking a bath because there were hairs.

Die Ruhe in der Umgebung.
Das Schlafzimmer und Bad ohne jegliches Tageslicht. Dies hätte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden sollen. Zerschlissene Bettwäsche, oberflächliche Sauberkeit, schlecht ablaufende Bade-/Duschwanne und Waschbecken, mangelnde Fliesensauberkeit, unaufgeräumte Couch, als hätte dort gerade jemand sich ausgeruht. Puzzlespiel auf dem Boden. Drei defekte Jalousien im Wohnbereich, die sich nicht herunterlassen ließen. Für eine Nacht ok, jedoch nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war ruhig.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sollte man verbessern.Die Bettmatratzen sind hinüber,ebenso ist die Küchenausstattung zu verbessern. Eierbecher fehlten .Frühstücksteller fehlten komplett. Tassen, Teller waren ein einziges Sammelsurium.

Tolle ruhige Lage. Geniale Nähe zum Uniklinikum. Wunderbar mit der Terrasse, generell topp ausgestattete Wohnung. Bequemes kostenloses Parken vor dem Haus
Für mich war die Matratze etwas dünn - würde vielleicht jeder anders empfinden
