We rented this house a year in advance to see the spectacular fireworks show Rockaway Beach gives each year on July 4th! The location on top of a hill was perfect for views of the ocean, Twin Rocks and the fireworks display.
It had most things we needed so we didn’t have to go to the store to buy. I appreciated all the extra plugs and the automated shades. There’s plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Big windows and amazing views! All the daylight you could ask for!
Sadly, the beds are pretty hard and creak. I would suggest replacing the bed in the main. I don’t think it’s a queen sized bed.
The main bathroom doesn’t have a door so privacy is a bit of an issue.
Some of the soap bottles in the shower were empty. We also noticed the floors / living room rug were quite dirty. Needs to be wet vacuumed and/or carpet cleaned.
