Welcome to Hilltop House, an idyllic vacation retreat perched at 400 feet above the town of Rockaway Beach and boasting unparalleled views of the Pacific coastline, Twin Rocks, and miles of shoreline extending from Tillamook Bay to Neahkahnie Mountain. Whether you seek a romantic getaway for two or plan to host a small group retreat or family reunion, Hilltop House is your perfect destination.
This fully furnished, 2000 sq. ft., two-story home offers versatility, accommodating up to 16 guests while maintaining an intimate atmosphere for couples. The main top floor features two bedrooms with queen beds, TV’s, a full bath, and a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. Additionally, the top floor houses a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. A generously sized balcony surrounds three sides of the house, providing breathtaking views of the coastline and stunning sunsets, with ample chairs for your relaxation.
Descend to the lower level, where the master bedroom, with one king and one queen bed, a TV, ample closet space, and a full bath, occupies the north portion. In the south portion, find a spacious room with three queen beds separated by curtains, a second full bath, and a convenient laundry room. A small patio with a BBQ off the lower level adds a charming outdoor space to your stay.
Must be 21 to rent.

Visiting for the Hood To Coast Relay with running teammates. Property was great, with perfect sleeping arrangements for up to 14 people.

We really enjoyed this beach house. Lots of room and beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of board games the record collection was a nice surprise. Would come again.
