This was a great house and location for staying in Rockaway! We have stayed at many homes and condos in Rockaway over the decades, and this is definitely one of the best. It is roomy, clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and made us feel like we were at home. It is about an 8-9 walk straight down the street to Hwy 101 and town, and straight to beach access. The house has everything you need and worked great for our family of four, although you could easily have more comfortably staying there. The only way this house could be better is if it were situated on the beach itself. We will definitely stay here again if available on our next visit!!

We enjoyed our stay.
The online listing showed a futon in the loft, only the mattress was there. One couple had to sleep on the floor. A little disappointing.
The listing also notes the house sleeps 9 but dining table only seats 6, did not like not being able to have all 8 (adults) together at the table.
