I like that the keys were in a lock box as due to delay in traffic I was later than I anticipated and didn’t feel that it had impacted upon someone waiting for us to hand keys over

They wasn’t anything not to like!

Mattress in all beds need replaced dreadful.

It had everything needed.

I took us 8 hours in the car to get to our location having to attend a family party that night. When we arrived the cleaners hadn't been in to turn it over from the last guests. No clean towels to even have a wash an freshen up. They did come round whilst we where at the party that evening and put it right. Leaving a card etc to say sorry. It did upset me and it did spoil our stay for that first day especially being told we can't check in early as it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. We essentially paid to stay somewhere unusable that first day. I had also left my expensive sunglasses in the downstairs bedroom, having asked for them back I've had no luck. So be sure you take all your belongings with you! I work in the b&b industry and I'd be appalled if one of my clients had to walk into a place like that, and or have items go missing!
