Fair for one night

The apartment was clean but the building entrance wasn't. The zone were the apartment is located is nice.

The bath shower is separately from the toilet. The toilet is at the first level of the apartment, the shower is on the second level.

Cheap but needs major work to make safe.

The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable.

I had to call to gain the code. The staircase inside the apartment is dangerous. The apartment was filthy with pubic hair and even chipped tile pieces on the floor. I wiped up some water my son splashed in the lounge and the tissue was utterly disgusting from this. Needs a very good clean. The downstairs toilet is not attached properly. Someone who doesn't do building has attempted to renjocate the place to a fairly poor standard.

Très bon petit appartement bien situer

Le volet dans la chambre du haut qui ne se ferme pas obligée de dormir avec le volet ouvert. Dans la salle de bain le robinet et en appui sur le miroir. Sur la photo de la chambre on peut y apercevoir une télé mais télé inexistante .

Le garde corps de l'escalier en colimaçon n'est pas stable La literie catastrophique La propreté est à revoir, cela m'a déclenché des allergies et par conséquent j'ai dû quitter le logement 2 heures à peine être rentrée dedans. La personne qui se dit être le propriétaire est désagréable et ne répond plus passé 18h conformément à son contrat de travail..... Bizarre pour un propriétaire digne de ce nom. J'ai plutôt l'impression d'avoir eu affaire à des marchands de sommeil. Litige en cours de traitement via booking.

Entree instructies waren goed. Living gedeelte was goed.

Appartement kon schoner, zeer weinig servies en glaswerk. Het was zeer gehorig, onze buren konden wij letterlijk verstaan. Zij hadden gesprekken en muziek wat ons het slapen onmogelijk maakte tot zij rond 02.30 uur naar bed gingen. Zoals aangegeven door de eigenaar waren de algemene ruimten niet op orde.

Je suis ravie de n’y avoir passer qu’une nuit.

L’appartement est bien situé en ville, avec une bonne accessibilité. À notre arrivée dans le “duplex”, nous étions plutôt contents, l’appartement semblait conforme aux photos.

Impossible de faire à manger, ni la plaque ni le four ne fonctionnaient. Tant pis, ça peut arriver, même si c’est déjà très limite. Mais le pire reste l’état général du logement. Vaisselle sale et grasse, lavabos mal fixés, escalier franchement instable (et dangereux), le tout dans une propreté plus que douteuse. Le lit était également très inconfortable, dur et fatigué, on dort mieux dans une voiture. Je veux bien croire que certains locataires dégradent les lieux, mais là, c’est clairement un manque d’entretien sur le long terme. Les volets ferment à peine, les murs et les meubles sont abîmés, la porte des toilettes ne reste fermée que si on la verrouille, et en pleine canicule, le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas non plus.

Appartement situé en ville, à proximité du circuit des 24h du Mans (1.6 Km) Quartier calme. Aucun problème de stationnement (stationnement dans la rue de l'appartement). La proximité d'une boulangerie (50m) ainsi que d'une superette (80m) sont très appréciable.

Logement spacieux et propre. Bien situé Présence du four fortement apprécié, Logement non fumeur très agréable aucune mauvaise odeur. Les propriétaires sont joignables en cas de question, et répondent rapidement.

Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine 3 fourchettes pour logement 4 personnes, je rajouterai aussi un ouvre boîte. Environnement (voisin) un peu bruyant le soir après 22h.

Tolle Übernachtung auf dem Weg nach Soulac

Präzise Beschreibung, sehr sauber, gute Lage zum Zentrum, perfekt für eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg nach Südwesten. Geht auf jeden Fall auch für 2-3 Nächte. Toll auch, dass Fahrräder im Schuppen im Hof geparkt werden können. Auto auf der Straße vorm Haus geparkt. Parallelstraße sah total nett aus mit Läden und Restaurants. Nebenbei mit Le Mans eine sehr interessante Stadt entdeckt.

Matratze des Grand Lit war sehr weich. Treppe im Apartment nach oben zum Schlafzimmer im wirkt ... etwas wackelig.
