Cozy, well decorated, spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious, well organised, you have all the amenities at your disposal. It is well located (approximately 2km on foot to the city center). There is a covered parking spot in the garage area.

The biggest disadvantage of this apartment, that it is located on the 1st floor without elevator and is above garage area. It makes the apartment and the floors of it very cold during the winter time. Heaters did not help to heat up the place or shower room unfortunately. Otherwise in summer my guess - it makes the opposite effect, and the apartment can be refreshing during the hot days. No WiFi available - this is a big downside as well.

Pool and location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances etc. Nice and quiet.

No wifi!! Loo seat & balcony door broken. Nothing to sit on by the pool. Pool was cold even on a hot day, to have it heated would be a real bonus! Someone to greet guests would also be nice and help avoid confusion.

On aurait bien gardé cette adresse secrète

Très belle résidence sécurisée dans un quartier à la fois bucolique (ferme de Bourran) et animé. Bar-brasserie à 3 mn à pied. Plusieurs commerces. Bus gratuits devant l'URSSAF à 5 mn (la ligne B permet d'aller au musée Soulage et au centre ville) Le logement était parfait : - terrasse bien exposée l'été avec du soleil le matin et l'ombre à midi et après 19h - déco chaleureuse - belle salle de bain, linge fourni, sèche-cheveux - lave-vaisselle, machine à laver et parking couvert - vaisselle suffisante - wifi efficace - propreté irréprochable On a apprécié de trouver de quoi faire une vinaigrette, des épices, du thé et du café. C'est pratique avant d'aller faire les courses. On s'est senti comme à la maison. On n'a pas eu le temps de tester la piscine mais elle semble bien entretenue et il n'y a pas grand monde.

On aurait bien gardé cette adresse secrète, rien que pour nous, afin d'être sûrs d'avoir de la place la prochaine fois.

Beau T3 au calme, bien équipé, impeccable, une déco d’inspiration tropicale très sympa avec le plus d’une terrasse et sa plancha pour dîner. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Parking en sous sol appréciables.

Calme et très agréable

Un bel appartement, très calme, pas de vis à vis, balcon, piscine. De multiples possibilités de visites, musées, villages, gastronomie etc... Nous avons séjourné deux semaines et avons suivi les conseils de notre hôte, Evelyne, et ce séjour a été un ravissement. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et pour tous.

Parfait

Cet appartement est magnifique. Il y a tout c’est calme confortable joliment décoré et bien situé ce n’est pas au centre ville mais il y a la place de parking gratuite et le quartier est sympathique avec un bar et des commerçants boucherie boulangerie à 2 pas.
