L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal ; il est situé en cœur de ville au bout de l'avenue qui mène tout droit à la cathédrale de Rodez, à proximité des commerces et cafés. J'avais un peu peur que ce soit bruyant mais en fait, non, tout était très silencieux. L'appartement est au dernier étage de sorte qu'il offre une perspective agréable sur les toits de la ville et les collines environnantes. Il est coquet, chaleureux et fonctionnel. A l'arrivée, nous ont été offerts quatre cafés, une pastille pour le lave vaisselle et une pastille pour le lave linge. Le linge fourni était parfaitement propre. La salle de bain spacieuse. Je pensais qu'on pourrait avoir trop chaud (38°C lors de notre séjour) mais l'immeuble est bien isolé et, au besoin, même s'il n'y a pas la clim, des ventilateurs ont été installés dans chaque pièce. Enfin, l'hôte est très disponible et agréable.

Ce n'est pas un véritable défaut mais pour l'entrée dans les lieux il y a peut être un peu trop d'informations et on perd l'essentiel (notamment, expliquer pourquoi il n'y a que deux codes fournis pour trois boitiers : immeuble - ascenseur - appartement). L'hôte nous a néanmoins gentiment aidé à nous y retrouver en répondant sans délai à notre appel téléphonique pourtant tardif.

On arrival there was no sign of the concierge or any indication we had the correct building. The property is on the 6th floor. The lift was out of order for our stay. We could only carry basic things to the flat.( late 60s age). If using the stairs you must engage the light switch on every other floor to avoid being in darkness on the staircase. There was no cutlery to be found. The breakfast bar stool was unserviceable. The bathroom towel rail was unstable and the heated towel rail didn’t respond to inputs. The lighting in the bathroom requires 2 light bulbs replacing. There is evidence of cat claw damage to the settee and table cloth. Clearly the cat has made convenience of the shower corner. There is no sign on any of the 12 boxes in the foyer to indicate for leaving of the keys.
