Lovely Rodez Appartment.

On street parking outside the property, made access hassle free... The bonus of a lift was appreciated.. The communication with the host's was excellent. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed, except a kettle, but that is an extremely minor detail, as the everything else including a street view double balcony with table and chairs. And a big thank you for the wonderfully powerful fan.... Well appreciated. Thank you. If visiting Rodez in the future, without hesitation, this is where I would stay..

La température de l'appartement qui est sete à ''20'' mais ils fais pas 20 Propriétaire agaçant pas très gentil (ils ette comca avec moi) Quand ils fais -4 de gré d'ors ils a mis à 7 de gré la température en me acusant de sortir le thermostat vieux d'ors i que dans l'appartement ils a fais 31 d'gre mais c'était pas les cas

Un appartement bien agréable

L'appartement est très agréable. La seule chose qui pourrait manquer est peut être un mini four pour des séjours longs. Propriétaire très réactif qui réponds aux questions pratiques. Le balcon est très agréable et l'emplacement idéal. C'était très bien. Tout est bien expliqué.

Le chauffage un peu juste dans la chambre. je pense qu'il y a un petit défaut au niveau du radiateur qui reste froid en permanence. Peut être une purge à faire. Mais c'est supportable en laissant la porte ouverte pour que la chaleur de la pièce principale s'y diffuse.

Bien .. mais le chauffage était drivé à distance ..

La gestion du chauffage : s'il était indiqué dans les conditions, nous n'aurions jamais réservé. L'hote drive le chauffage à distance et on apprend à l'arrivée que le thermostat est à 20 degrés. Et seul lui à distance via une application a la possibilité de gérer ce chauffage. Mais voilà, nous avions froid et l'hôte trouvait notre demande injustifiée car son application lui indique 20 et meme il a augmenté à 21. Le thermostat était dans le séjour et donc la salle de bain, fermée était sensée aussi suivre la température du salon.. il y a deux grandes baies vitrées. Nous avions insisté sur le fait que les radiateurs étaient bien froids depuis plus de 3 heures , mais il répliquait que l'apt était très isolé et par conséquent la température était bien à 21 degrés.. En doudoune à l'intérieur car l'application avait plus raison que nous .. et c'était la 1ere fois que des invités (nous donc) se sont plaints de ce problème .. , et finalement nous sommes sortis nous réchauffer .. La salle de bain n'était pas chaude .. mais nous avions insisté pour qu'il force la chaudière Je veux bien qu'on applique cette règle écologique de 20 degrés .. dans ce cas il faut l'afficher dans la description et indiquer que les visiteurs n'avaient pas accès aux changement de température... Nous n'aurions pas du tout choisi cet appartement. D'autres probablement accepteraient sans rechigner... mais voilà , nous aurions pu demander à Booking un remboursement et cela aurait été notre droit le plus absolu.. nous ne l'avons pas car nous y avions dormi et nous respectons .. Nous avons des biens en location et jamais nous aurions osé imposer cela à nos invités, quitte. à leur demander de payer la consommation énergie ..L'hote en dehors de cet incident a été toujours correct dans les échanges ...
