A home away from home

The staff was lovely, they were supper diligent and helped us with directions, recommendations and took care of us. Really recommend this hotel if you want to spend some days on the mountains and either ski, you will feel like home.

Wonderful stay in Austria

1) The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit late, so they advised us to make our order immediately since the restaurant was about to close, and then we took our bags up to the room. When we came down to the restaurant, our food was served fresh and warm. 2) The room was HUGE for a family room and for the price we had paid! They explained how the heating worked, and it worked (which is often not the case in many hotels). I loved the fact that they had two sofa beds for our two kids and not one small one for them to share, which is often the case. 3) I did not eat breakfast but my husband and children did and really enjoyed it. 4) The location was very quiet.

Der Service war gut. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fahrstuhl.

Gastromie nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Aschenbecher werden wieder dreckig hingestellt. Der Raucherraum im 2 OG ist nicht zu empfehlen dreckig und stinkig. 2 olle Liegen als Sitzgelegenheit. Lieblos eingerichtet und was sollen die alten Flaschen. An der Sicherheitstechnik muss unbedingt gearbeitet werden viele Stolperfallen die nicht gekennzeichnet sind. Badezimmer sind Handtücher vorhanden aber kein Duschgel. Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden. Ein Stück Butter 250 Gramm macht die Runde wandert von Tisch zu Tisch jeder darf sich was nehmen. Hygiene ist wenig vorhanden. Personal nicht einheitlich.
