Great hotel

Great hotel, very clean, large modern rooms, exceptional breakfast and very nice amenities (heated pool, saunas). Would come back and definitely recommend!

Everything was great at the hotel. If you're coming for skiing maybe this is not the best location as it is a little further away from the slopes and you will need a car, but you can't get this level of amenities inside the towns closer to the lifts, so the trade off is worth it.

A very cozy stay in Bad Häring

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, among the forests and mountains. The river and a lake where you can swim is also in walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, we loved it. The spa facilities are nice and on the level. I especially liked that the swimming area works up to the 10pm, so you can have evening swimming. The massage they offer in the spa area is very good. The food both on breakfast and dinner is very nice, big variety and good quality. Their chefs' skills are very high too. As a vegetarian I also loved that the vegetarian options are always present in every part of the dinner menu. It's very convenient that the corona tests are done in the hotel too. The receptionist lady we had on the day of our arrival and after was very nice and tried to do everything to make our stay good. She was just outstanding. Most of other reception staff are good too.

The spa area could be more interesting in the sauna zone. Given that they have a lot of space to build there, we would love to have a warm pool with a hydromassage in the FKK zone too, and that would add a lot of value. Also could be a bigger lawn for naked sunbathing, now it's too small. The outside pool in the general area should be just a bit warmer, especially given that there is hydromassage in it. When there is no sun, you get cold there quite soon. The indoor warm swimming pool was one day not very clean. We would love if this hotel would have also walk-class e-bikes for rent. The ones they have are very sportive kind ones, and they are very uncomfortable to use if you are not fit. Other than that, we encountered one receptionist that were relatively not very helpful and pleasant, but the most of the reception folks were just perfect, so it's minor.

Wundervolle Übernachtung - war mein Geburtstagsgeschenk

Das Buffet war aussergewöhnlich, so eine grosse Auswahl, Frühstück Top, da weiss man gar nicht was man alles essen soll, bei dieser vielfältigen und frischen Auswahl.

Wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag.

Meine Frau und ich waren nun schon zum achten mal in diesem Hotel und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Das ganze Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut und man hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Der Spa-Bereich ist perfekt.

Ich Bad oder auch Zimmer würden ein paar mehr Haken oder andere Möglichkeiten Handtücher und Bademantel aufzuhängen guttun.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüssungsdrink. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Beim Frühstück reichliche Auswahl und sehr lecker. Genial ist der Butterportionierer und es gibt essbare Schälchen für Marmelade und Honig. Es fällt somit kein Müll an. Servicepersonal und das Personal an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich. Aussen- und Innenpool angenehm temperiert.

Das Licht, dass durch eine Scheibe vom Bad in den Schlafraum scheint.

Hervorragend. Viele bio-Produkte, regionale Produkte. Köstliches Bircher Müsli, köstlicher Porridge, gesunde Vollkorn - und Dinkelbrote, sehr gute und gesunde Pflanzendrinks, ...

Leider etwas zu wenig Liegestühle im Schwimm- und Spa-Bereich. Da das Angebot bei den Buffets sehr reichhaltig ist und doch Einiges übrigbleibt (auch frisch geschnittenes Brot von ganzem Wecken wurde kurz vor Beendigung der Frühstückszeit noch zum Brotbuffet gebracht), hoffe ich, dass Einiges von den Resten vom Buffet am selben Tag noch verwertet werden kann. Vielleicht darf ja auch das Personal am selben Tag nach Beendigung der Buffets vom Frühstücksbuffet und vom Abendbuffet noch essen. Ich weiß vom Lebensmittelgesetz, dass Weniges vom Buffet noch verwendet werden darf. Die Sicherheit und Gesundheit geht selbstverständlich immer vor. Vielleicht wäre es auch möglich, die einzelnen Mengen der diversen Speisen am Buffet etwas zu reduzieren, damit nicht so viel übrig bleibt. Zimmermädchen, Hausmeister, Kellner und Kellnerinnen waren alle äußerst höflich und freundlich, leider die Rezeption war bis auf zwei junge, freundliche und höfliche Frauen wenig freundlich besetzt. Sehr angenehme Atmungentspannung und Autogenes Training mit sehr angenehmer und sehr freundlicher Psychologin. Ich ersuche höflichst um eine Antwort zur Handhabung der Buffets, damit weniger übrigbleibt. Dabei sind mir die Vorgaben des Lebensmittelgesetzes bewusst.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende

Die Massagen waren sehr gut. Haus, Lage und Einrichtungen waren ansprechend. Akzeptable Getränkepreise. Sehr leckeres Essen, besonders gut das Buffet am Freitag, da man alles probieren kann und sich nicht auf eine Hauptspeise festlegen muss.

Es war zu warm als wir ankamen. Das Menü war vielleicht etwas zu sehr auf Vegetarier, Veganer und Fischliebhaber ausgerichtet. Ich bin kein Vegetarier oder Veganer und habe praktisch jeden Tag Fisch gegessen. Alles konstruktive Kritik, also keine wesentliche Beeinträchtigung meines Aufenthaltes.

Tolles Hotel

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel....das Bad ebenfalls sehr sauber und modern! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut....Die Lage des Hotels ist toll!

Im Spa Bereich waren keine Handtücher für die Sauna bereitgestellt.....zudem waren keine Liegen in den Ruheräumen mehr frei....
