The Sofa is very unclean and had an unpleasant smell to it! The downstairs toilet was loose and leaked, the fan I found in the cupboard for my room was very dirty and covered in dust which blew everywhere once turned on! the banister to the ground floor bedrooms is loose and there are no long or small mirrors in the lower floor bedrooms? Out door seating area could do with a bit of refreshing or updating and also the turning handle for the pool cover broke on our first day but was still useable with a bit manipulating.😊

The location was great, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town and the marina. The size of the apartment met our families needs and the facilities, including private pool, were very good.

We had a few issues: the patio door didn’t lock, a fuse blew and the upstairs bedroom needed airing - the duvet was damp when we arrived. However, the owners fixed the first two issues promptly and the bedroom was fine after a day or two of airing. I guess we were just unlucky with the lock and the fuse.

Perfect location, great pool area, good sized rooms.

Le scale interne un po’ strette per il passaggio con le valigie.
