Villa Luxury Azul Private Pool and BBQ Corralejo By Holidays Home

Everything was amazing, the villa is exceptional and beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the villa, beach is literally at bottom of the road and shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk if that. Staff were all amazing and so helpful, they really went out of their way to help with anything you may need. Honestly worth every penny, great for singles, couples and families. We had the best time.

Great location, we were a party of 6 adults and plenty of space, good communication both before and during the stay.

Hot water struggled with more than one shower. Lots of outside wasted space - a big comfy outdoor seating area would be great. Some chipped dishes.

From the moment we booked, communication was fabulous including arrangements for when we arrived. Katarina was already at the Villa to welcome us and show us the property. She kept in touch on WhatsApp during our stay, regularly checking if there was anything we needed. The accommodation was excellent with all the amenities you would need and enough sunbeds for every guest. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality utensils. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. The Villa was cleaned once during our stay and we were given fresh towels. The pool was also cleaned once. The view from the upstairs terrace was stunning and the location was perfect - very close to the beach and also only a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The music square was the place to be of an evening with lots of entertainment and great restaurants. We were allowed a late check-in at no extra cost on our last day which was very much appreciated. We will definitely return and would have no hesitation in booking the same Villa. Highly recommend.

There were just a few small issues - mostly with the bathrooms - a broken shower clip and a broken flush on one of the toilets downstairs and the bathroom door upstairs was sticky/difficult to shut but nothing that bothered us too much. The hot water did run out quite quickly when we were all having showers which was frustrating. There was a large upstairs terrace at the front of the property where you could watch the sunset but in my opinion they haven't utilised this enough - I would suggest removing all the old air conditioning units/satellite dishes and install a hot tub or an additional outdoor seating area. There was also a lot of wasted space around the side of the house which got late sunshine and could be improved. It would have been nice to have a table tennis table or something similar.

The property was excellent, layout was great and outside spacious. Walls were a little grubby in lounge with dirty feet marks and the overall cleanliness was average.

We were broken into our final night, very suspicious as the door was unlocked when I locked the evening before. This happened early hours just before we were due to the airport. Electrical items stolen but the worst feeling when someone is in your holiday home metres away from your sleeping children. Katrina did try to help with our crime reporting but we have been back 1 week and the no further correspondence. Bitter taste to an overall lovely holiday.
