Náutico - Boutique Homes - City Center - Adults Only

The property is located within a minutes walk of the town centre however it was so quiet too. Access was easy and arranged through Boutique Homes who I have to say were amazing throughout with great communication. :-) We have stayed in over 20 properties in and around Corralejo over the last few years with a range of budgets but Nautico was the best by far. It wasn't huge but it has everything you need and more, the pool was lovely, the roof terrace totally private and everything worked as it should. Going into town of an evening was so easy too. Most importantly, the property is really safe, it is high fenced/walled and gated and the only way in is card coded. We had no fear of unwanted visitors which was such a bonus. Tip: have your own beach towels. The property supplied domestic towels but they are just that which was absolutely fine as we had beach towels with us. Tip: we always do a food shop before arrival, which I would still do again, however we usually bring sugar, tea etc with us. However, check your room first as with ours, there was tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil etc left by previous holiday makers which was really useful (some places remove all of this for the next visitors, really pleased Nautico didn't) But this is not guaranteed of course, please check first. Most amazingly, this was the first property where there was hot water on demand and it didn't matter whether it was morning or evening. Every other property we have stayed at, hot water was pretty much optional, not Nautico, it was great. The safe worked and was easy to use. There was plenty of storage and the outside space worked for us too. Overall, we would definitely return. Happy to answer any questions anyone has.

This is in no way a criticism as we knew this before we booked. If you hire a car (which we always do) there is no dedicated parking (probably owing to people blocking the entrance in the past). Knowing how difficult it can be to park in Corralejo town, I must confess that I envisioned having to walk some distance from wherever I could find a spot, but this was not the case. Half the time, we found parking in the same road and other times all within a minutes walk (there is a car park just around the corner). So it wasn't a problem after all.

La ubicación es excepcional en Corralejo, puedes ir a todos sitios andando, ya que se aparva bastante bien, calle tranquila y sin ruidos. El apartamento es tal y como se describe, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La zona de la piscina es magnifica.

Si me pongo quisquilloso, podaría el árbol del patio que da a la ventana de la habitación, pero es algo que no ha empañado, ni siquiera interferido, en una estupenda estancia

A short walk from the main street and good access to the lovely beaches. There are several good restaurants close-by. A secure access gated complex of just 5 apartments - with a communal pool.

Nothing worth complaining over.

La localisation près de tous les commerces, la terrasse en roof top pour bronzer tranquille, la gentillesse de Yulia qui s'occupe de la relation client et m'a gentiment amené en main propre un ventilateur pour le salon Le matelas très bien pour dormir. Beaucoup de potentiel mais il faut rénover et entretenir le bien !

Ma suite 3 laissait à désirer et j'en ai d'ailleurs parlé de vive voix avec Yulia : vaiselle mal lavée, store de la cuisine sale, ancien coffre dans placard rouillé à enlever, plan de travail détérioré, fuite douche et donc porte gondolée et écaillée etc etc. De plus en 2024 j'avais signalé (suite 4) que le rideau de la chambre ne bloquait absolument pas la lumière et rien n'a changé donc j'ai scotché des sachets poubelles (que j'ai ôté en partant bien sûr) pour pouvoir dormir. En plus j'ai trouvé un gars cafard dans la chambre l'avant dernier soir ...☹
