It’s a well positioned hotel as you can reach anything on foot. It has its own pool and rooftop terrace. The staff is lovely, everyone is very friendly and helpful and all made sure we’re happy.

The hotel is visibly old, there’s no actual parking and we had to leave the car anywhere we could find on the street - most streets are one way so we often ended up circling around several times before finding parking. The rooms are quite small and once again, visibly old and not very well maintained - visible staining on sheets, towels, the shower. There is no AC in the room and it’s a million degrees in there - there’s an old fridge which overheats and makes the room even hotter. We had to sleep with our window open which meant we were woken up every hour or so from noises coming from the street below. The only plausible solution was to have both the hotel room and the balcony room open for some air to get in but we could only do so during the day. I’m disappointed as the photos shown of the rooms really don’t reflect its current state and we were genuinely shocked to find out there was no air conditioning.
