The living room is gorgeoius, and the street is very quiet. They can do self check in so you can come out of hours.

The initial service was not good at all. I reached them because my flight changed and I would now arrive really late (22-23h) and I wsnted to know more about the self check in. They onlu answered in italian and in 1-3 words. At one point, when I asked whether there was a receptionist they just said "this is not a hostel", with quite an unprofessional attitude. Basically, for self check in you need to send them some sort of ID. This was onlu clear thanks to an italian friend of mine that had to step in and talk to them for me, Once that was sorted they had clear instructions (pre-written) on how to enter the facilities. They made it clear that after 18h you are on your own, so if you have trouble with getting in... Find another hotel!

There weren't any toiletries in the bathroom, not even hand soap. It was a good thing that I had my own!

Non adatto a chi cerca riposo e comfort

La posizione

Non sono una persona pretenziosa e di solito mi adatto facilmente, ma purtroppo questa esperienza non è stata positiva. La pulizia era praticamente assente: polvere ovunque, ragnatele e pavimento sporco con capelli e polvere. Inoltre nella stanza c’era un forte odore di chiuso e oggetti arrugginiti. La posizione è sicuramente eccellente, in pieno centro città, ma per il resto i servizi sono scarsi. La camera è piccola, al mattino molto fredda e senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura. L’isolamento acustico è inesistente: si sente tutto. Per chi viene in città per una visita medica e ha bisogno di igiene e di riposare non è la soluzione ideale. Può andare forse per una brevissima permanenza senza troppe esigenze, ma non la consiglierei.

Non è presente alcun ascensore, le pareti della stanza sono molto sottili e si può sentire tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. Il mobilio della camera e il bagno sono molto vecchi e trasandati. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la quantità di polvere. Nella nostra camera era presente un soppalco aperto, dove sono stati collocati mobili rotti, tra cui un vecchio letto ecc. tutto sommerso dalla polvere. Il personale non è presente nella struttura, riceve solo tramite messaggi via whatsapp quindi bisogna aspettare che rispondano.

Camera piccola ed al mattino fredda, isolamento acustico assente, sembrava che i vicini fossero nella nostra camera.

NON CONSIGLIO QUESTA STRUTTURA.

La posizione

In camera, non c'era un comodino vicino al letto, sicché dovevo poggiare a terra quel che mi serviva a portata di mano. Non c'era nemmeno una sedia nè tantomeno una scrivania: ho dovuto lavorare sul letto, tenendo il pc sulle gambe. Materasso e cuscini scomodi. C'erano ragnatele ben visibili tra le travi del tetto e un soppalco non pulito da non so quanto. Non c'è frigo in camera. Lo spazio comune all'ingresso è carino, ma il pessimo odore (forse di rinchiuso) non fa venire voglia di passarci del tempo.

La posizione

Il fatto che hai un check in libero, che non ci sia nessuno a sorvegliare quindi chi entri. Per cui mi sono trovata in piena notte con gente che cercava di aprire la porta della mia stanza. Inoltre sempre le stesse persone, hanno urlato e messo la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Semplicemente indecente.

Strano ambiente, solo 3 stanze , scale d'accesso difficoltose, stanza piccola, chiesti due letti singoli, c'era letto matrimoniale, materasso basso e scomodissimo. Parcheggio difficoltoso

Ubicación con Centro Histórico

Alejado de la estación de tren, informaron 600 mts y la verdad era 1,1 km con maletas y 3era edad no es sencillo el tema. Cero contacto personal, mandaron video como entrar y llegar a la pieza, pero omiten que en la estructura hay que subir una escala de 45°. Restricciones terribles en el uso del agua, asignaban 175 litros para la ducha, etc etc. Fui imposible contar con Wifi, lo que informamos por wasap y a nadie le importó. La pieza muy pequeña, veladores chicos, poco espacio. El check-in que aparece en la página de Booking es de 16:00 a 18:30, es un chiste dar 2 hrs y media para ingresar, primera vez que lo vemos en varios años de uso de Booking. Nos permitieron ingresar a las 15:45 hrs en lugar de las 16:00, no es gran cosa

Bella struttura al centro della città

Ci si arriva facilmente a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Monza. E' nel centro città. La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita. La comunicazione con i gestori rapida via WhatsApp

Il letto è assolutamente troppo piccolo, la stanza è piccola quindi capisco che un matrimoniale non ci entra ma ci vorrebbe almeno una piazza e mezza. Era davvero troppo piccolo, una persona un pò più alta o robusta non ci dormiva comodamente

Servicezeiten eingeschränkt, für wenige Übernachtungen ok, Zimmer sauber.

Da die "Öffnungszeiten" sehr eingeschränkt sind, haben wir niemanden angetroffen. Glücklicherweise war der Zugang und die Übernachtung trotzdem möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Im Aufenthaltsraum gab es eine kleine Küche mit Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Tee, etc. Tische und Stühle. Ob es noch ein Frühstück gab, konnten wir nicht feststellen, wir mussten früh zum Zug.

Der Weg zu den Zimmern führt über eine schmale Treppe. Gepäck da hoch zu tragen, ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt. Offensichtlich waren wir nicht die Einzigen, die das schon feststellen mussten.

Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, stanza da letto e bagno spaziosi e molto belli. Tutta la struttura, situata in una zona molto tranquilla, è magnifica ed ha superato le mie aspettative ed è due passi dal centro e dal parco. La struttura è dotata di una cucina molto deliziosa fornita di frigorifero, bollitore e microonde. Vengono messi a disposizione dei buoni (10% di sconto) da utilizzare per la colazione in un bar vicinissimo alla struttura (bar eccellente). In sintesi consiglio assolutamente questa struttura! (nelle recensioni ho letto che qualcuno si lamentava della mancanza della tv, onestamente per me è un pregio)

Non erano presenti le lenzuola e le federe ma solo delle coperte, per me non è stato un problema perchè le porto sempre da casa ma lo cito se può essere utile per altri viaggiatori
