very disappointed. it was not the first time going there. I stayed there Two times Before (the last time at the end of November) and everytime I liked the room. it is a bit old: the furniture, the bathroom…but it was Ok for one night. This time they gave me a room for persons with special needs Even though the hotel was not fully booked and neither me or my boyfriend have problems. that was the last time for us staying there.

Hotel Ascot was a surprise for us as it was just off one of the main motor ways from Como into Milan and as such we were not expecting much for the very reasonable rate they were charging. However when we arrived we were surprised to find a secret gated hotel motel parking lot that was green with grass and trees, this was a first we experienced from any hotel in the city. The hotel is slightly older, perhaps circa 80s but the build quality of everything inside & throughout including the condition of everything was top-notch especially for the age and especially for the nightly rate such that we were pleasantly surprised all around including the nice breakfast that came with the booking. We would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone especially if you have a vehicle and are coming back from places outside of Milan as the quality & value that one receives here would be very hard to beat in any city, so well done & my hat off to them.

there was a very slight smell if smoke and ash tray so perhaps they misplaced us into another room, otherwise everything was good.

Breakfast limited choice (even fotr Italy) and quality average. Location away from centre, close to main roads but due to difficiult to understand Italian road systems, you need a lot of luck or some additional time to get from or on that road.

Good breakfast, good location, parking inside, there is a birreria near the hotel that can delivery food for 2€ That was very practical

Not possible to have a tea or coffee during day or night because no bar/no self machine.. and of course, as all the hotel/motels near highways and big roads you can often hear “strange” sounds…. the property should reinforce the rooms walls and doors to mask more the noises…

Consiglio vivamente

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo una notte e la consiglio a tutti. La camera da letto era calda ed accogliente, il bagno molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La colazione era inclusa e c’era vasta scelta sia di dolce che di salato, tutto molto buono. Inoltre, il personale della struttura é stato gentile e svelto nelle proprie mansioni.
