The room did not have basic amenities like tea/coffee or a kettle for hot water. On the first day, when I requested a kettle, the staff refused, saying it was not included in my package. Even when I offered to pay extra, I was told that no additional kettles were available. I also inquired about upgrading the room, but there were no rooms available at that time.
However, on the second day, after I requested again, the hotel provided me with a kettle. While I appreciate that the issue was resolved eventually, I believe such basic facilities should be available in the room from the start to make the stay more comfortable.
