Everything was clean and everyone was polite. Special thanks to a guy who was the host of the property. He was so polite and helpful, because of him we will get back to that place.

Great owners, fantastic location, close to the main sightseeings in Garni. Very close to the bus station from where you can go to Yerevan within 40-45min by bus nr 266. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and a big variety of food which you can choose every day. Thank you, Vardan and family! 🙌👍

The hotel hits the essentials well – the location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is genuinely good. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and for the price, it's solid value overall.

That said, the bathroom needs attention. The shower is in rough shape: the drain is clogged and water pools at your feet, the door rollers are broken, and the seal doesn't keep water in. Both the faucet and shower head are caked with limescale, so the water comes out in thin, uneven jets. The faucet's water heater doesn't work either, and there's an occasional drainage smell that the vent doesn't do much to clear. There are also no shelves for toiletries, so you're left balancing things on the sink. One tip: if you can, spend a little extra for a room with a garden view. The road-facing room gets quite a bit of traffic noise.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Made our stay very pleasant!
