Comfortable apartment with a nice view

Comfortable, well equipped and very clean brand new apartment with gracious hosts

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment with friendly, helpful hosts. Everything is brand new and works great. Fully enclosed shower which is not usual in Bulgaria with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, plenty of dishes and glasses, good assortment of cooking utensils plus oil, salt, sugar and coffee/tea all provided. The hosts even provided a large bottle of water and chocolates. Two balconies, one with a nice view of the mountains which is partially covered so you can use it even when it rains. It’s very peaceful there. So quiet it feels almost like you’re alone in the mountain forest. The bed and living room couch are very comfortable. There’s a nice large screen smart TV which has only six local channels but you can stream NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and other services. Everything in the apartment is either brand new or recently renovated. I was hesitant to book a place that only has four guest ratings but I’m glad I did. I assume it has so few ratings because it’s a new rental property. Easy access reserved parking spot right in front of the entrance. Then just one flight of stairs to the apartment. One lively restaurant and several grocery stores/mini markets within 5-10 minutes walk. 15 minutes to the main street with many more restaurants and stores. Yordan and his wife are very friendly and will offer to help with anything you might need. And both speak English.

Nothing not to like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Der perfekt Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Land

Der Appartementbetreuer Yordan hat uns beim Finden der Unterkunft geholfen und hatte, trotz Verspätung von uns, viel Geduld und war sehr, sehr freundlich. Er hat uns alles genau gezeigt und erklärt und uns sogar noch in ein Restaurant gebracht. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat er uns mit interessanten und hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Das Appartement entspricht tatsächlich den Fotos. Und die Betten sind super bequem, perfekt geschlafen. Die Lage vom Appartement war ebenfalls perfekt. Zentral und sehr ruhig. Man konnte auch ohne Auto das Zentrum erreichen. Und ein kleiner, sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt um die Ecke konnte bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Bulgaren haben uns wieder sehr tief berührt und haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Es gibt auch für uns noch so viel zu erleben und wir werden wieder kommen. Von Herzen vielen Dank.

Da wir Ende Mai/Anfang Juni da waren und das Wetter herrlich war, haben wir den Fernseher nicht wirklich benötigt. Aber ein " Satellitenempfang" kann missverstanden werden, da keine deutschsprachigen Sender vorhanden waren.
