The place had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The nature around it is beautiful, it's peaceful and calm.

The room really smelled like smoke and the mattress was way too soft for my liking.

We enjoyed this place!

The rooms are big enough for both couples and families. Kitchen, big bathroom and bedroom available. The fireplace is unique. There is also a restaurant and spa with a swimming pool.

The bed is too small for two people. A lot of the facilities are also not enough for all the people in the complex - the swimming pool, the restaurant and the parking.

Amazing

The Smolyan lakes are a great place to be all year round. The Fairytale Place lived up to its name. It is indeed a fairytale - peaceful, romantic and practical. The hostess had thought of everything that one needs. It is great for couples or a family with children. The surrounding areas are serene, there were mushrooms to collect which we prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The place is cool even in the greatest heats and if you think that having the fireplace on in July is out of the ordinary you may think twice. Highly recommend!

Definitely our choice when we visit Smolyan and the Rodopi mountains

Excellent location - just what we were looking for: a beautiful and comfortable place in the forest but still not that far from the city. It's 5 km drive to Smolyan. If you want really quick access to shops, restaurants, cinema, pharmacies within a walking distance, though, it would be unwise to stay here. Again, it suited us perfectly. There is a hotel with a restaurant and wellness center just 2 minutes on foot. There is also a playground for children. The place is very clean and provides various facilities, including a first-aid kit. The kitchenette is very good - nice plates and glasses. The surrounding area is really a fairytale and just a couple of steps away. Literally, as you go outside to the green yard straight from the balcony. The Internet connection is excellent which you really need as quite often your phone might be out of reach.

The bed could have been a bit wider. It's 160 cm. But it was not such a big problem. Still it was long enough :) We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very good

The complex is awesome, very peaceful and vaste, you can find your little place of peace. There were candles left so you can arrange the balcony in a very cosy manner. Overall the place is great, if some of th small things get fixed it would become perfect vacation spot.

There were cockroaches and ants. The couch is not suitable for sleeping at all. It literally fells apart. It is not one whole piece but two and you can fall in the middle. The TV broke during our stay. Just a suggestion - you can consider putting a plain curtain on the small window and in the morning the sun is coming straight form there and it becomes too bright.

Местоположение- комплекса е обкръжен от гора. Много добре поддържан. В стаята имаше всичко необходимо което е нужно за престоя.

Храна в ресторанта не ни хареса. Бяхме трима човека. Според мен стаята е за два възрастни максимум. Диван които е бил предназначен за 3 човек изобщо не ставаше за спане при всяко минимално движение през ноща разтегателната част се отделяше, старшно не удобно!
