Very good place for holiday

I like the location, the complex is perfect for families with kids. The apparent was very clean and spacious. Food in the restaurant was very delicious and there was a Lumch menu every day. We will definitely come back again.

We didn't have a dryer for the clothes in the balcony which was a bit uncomfortable with 2 kids. It would be good to have a coffee machine in the apartment as well.

Nice experience

The apartment was very nice, cozy and clean. The location also great, in the middle of the mountains.

It was confusing that we did not know the villa was in Mountain Lake complex and we had issues in finding it. Also, I had the impression that we will have access to the pool included, but we had to pay separately.

Big room, close to a few lakes. Comfy beds and overall clean.

SPA center had an extra surcharge which was a surprise. Breakfast was not included. The name of the property does not match the actual name of the resort. You should be looking for Mountain Lake and not Lake View Apartments

Уютен апартамент сред красива природа

Комплексът е сред разкошна природа, има градина с много кътове за релакс или игра, достатъчно паркоместа. Конкретният апартамент вила "Нике" е модерно обзаведен, с удобно двойно легло, балконче, посуда и уреди в кухнята, макар че бих очаквала поне 2 пакетчета кафе и захар освен термокана. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна. Чист въздух и тишина!

От снимките в описанието определено останахме с впечатлението, че ще имаме достъп до спато и басейна, но още с настаняването стана ясно, че се доплаща - 50 лв за 3-членно семейство. Информацията се вижда едва след доста търсене във "facilities", а смятам, че трябва да си личи пределно ясно. За закуската знаехме, че не беше включена, но е неприятен начинът, по който трябва да се заплаща на входа на ресторанта вместо с някакви ваучери например на рецепция. За вечерята в ресторанта беше задължително да се прави резервация. Всичко това беше малко разочароващо и не се почувствахме толкова добре дошли, колкото очаквахме.
