The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed to feel at home. There was plenty of bedding and toiletries provided, and both the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The apartment gets lots of natural light, has air conditioning, and is well equipped for preparing breakfast or dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant space to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

I was disappointed with both the check-in process and the communication before and during our stay. From the beginning, I asked about parking options and was directed to a paid-parking website, with the closest option being around a 15-minute walk away. In reality, there was plenty of free street parking directly next to the apartment building, so the information provided was not particularly helpful. Communication was also confusing. It felt as though I was communicating with several different hosts or people, with some messages in English and others in Bulgarian. I have no issue with either language, but the inconsistency made the communication feel disorganized. The check-in requirements were another concern. I was first asked to complete an online form providing personal details for every guest. After completing it, I was prompted to fill out another form containing essentially the same information, this time requiring photos of both sides of our passports or ID cards. The terms and conditions also stated that the information could potentially be shared with a third party. I contacted the property to explain that I was not comfortable with this. Unfortunately, the response misunderstood my concern as an issue with the link itself, even though I clearly explained that my concern was about sharing our personal information with a third party. The actual check-in instructions were also insufficient. We received a door code and a lockbox code, but there were no clear instructions about where the entrance was, which floor the apartment was on, or the apartment number. The elevator system was particularly confusing, as the floor numbering is unusual, with floor 10 corresponding to the basement and floor 9 to the ground floor. It took us around 30 minutes to figure out where to go and where to find the key. Communication during this process was not helpful either. Какво бих препоръчал лично аз. Да се смени слушалката на душа, спукана е и тъй като размера на дюзите е голям налягането на водата е доста слабо за душ. Канала в душ кабината не поема добре водата и отделението се запълва бързо. Трябва де се изчаква за да се изтече. Бих заменил стирката оставена в банята за подсушаване на помещението с моп, защото е по ефикасен. Преди настаняване на гости в апартамета, моля проверявайте батериите на дистанционните. Дограмата в целия апартамент не изолира добре шума от улицата и вятъра.
