Какво бих препоръчал лично аз. Да се смени слушалката на душа, спукана е и тъй като размера на дюзите е голям налягането на водата е доста слабо за душ. Канала в душ кабината не поема добре водата и отделението се запълва бързо. Трябва де се изчаква за да се изтече. Бих заменил стирката оставена в банята за подсушаване на помещението с моп, защото е по ефикасен. Преди настаняване на гости в апартамета, моля проверявайте батериите на дистанционните. Дограмата в целия апартамент не изолира добре шума от улицата и вятъра.
