The apartment was exactly as it was described. Everything was new and luxurious. It was very clean and warm. What I really enjoyed is that is it basically next to an improvised children's sleigh slope where you can enjoy and spend some quality time with the family, without leaving the complex. The fireplace at night is a must and I really enjoyed watching the fire while it was snowing outside with a glass of good whiskey. It is fully equipped with utensils and got microwave and oven and a fridge - pretty much everything that you might need. We got an unexpected guest during the night - a wild fox, which was so hungry that was eating the breadcrumbs which we left outside for the birds. We left some more food and the fox come to a couple of times to grab it - a really awesome encounter.

As per the comments from previous visitors, you may find the pillows a bit larger, hence maybe not the most comfortable. But this is more like a personal preference - I was bringing my own pillow, so I can't really complain Not something in particular to this apartment, but keep in mind that although the complex is in a very good location, inside a forest, as its popularity grows, it is almost all the time fully occupied, and soundproofing isolation was not a top priority when the complex was constructed. I didn't have issues, but something to be aware of - you might also want to avoid weekends as it is really crowded.

Great place to stay, we are definitely coming back, hopefully even this season.

Very clean apartment with all sorts of utilities including nice TV with Netflix account and a fireplace. Situated in a quiet area but still very close to ski resort Pamporovo. Plenty of options for parking right outside the apartment. The restaurant in the complex offers great food and atmosphere. Our host was prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were slightly higher than the usual.

What I like the most it the cosiness of this place. The fireplace, the view, the snow. The living room is open with big top to bottom windows to the beautiful view with big spruce trees and a lot of snow.

Extremely comfortable Appartment

Very new apartment in the nice Mountain lake complex. Everything is very comfortable - sofa, bed (very good mattress), kitchen facilities, bath toiletries, coffee machine, big fridge, washing machine - really modern, stylish and well equipped apartment. The terrace is bigger than some other apartments in the complex. Nice view toward garden with sunshine and birds singing. The fireplace is nice for winter. The apartment is a rare find in the complex, we visited several times, so far this is the best rented private appartment in the complex. Extremely comfortable choice for the area! We had a nice welcome Easter greeting too :-) Worth revisiting!

Some minor details: - add kitchen towel, it is useful - add alternative to the current pillows, that are good, however quite high - add floor towel / carpet in front of the bathroom, because the bathroom is very small and gets very easy wet - bathroom might be small for older people, shower / sink / toilet are very close to each other
