The location is super convenient - an easy walk to the main area and the Spanish Quarter and right beside the metro. Luca was a lovely host - he spoiled us with wine and pastries and local recommendations. He was always available and I felt we could ask for whatever we needed. A great stay!

Each floor had a big flat TV, the entire apartment is new and clean, the host was very helpful and responds fast and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city.
The shower door leaked a bit of water while showering

We liked the inner yard and overall the old Italian house atmosphere :). the bed was comfortable, you can enjoy TVs on both floors. The bathroom has everything needed and you can prepare a good breakfast as well. And thanks for the wine, Luca 😍.
it was a bit cool downstairs and you need to find a good balance between keeping both floors comfortable. A tea kettle would be also a good investment.
