This is a truly wonderful apartment. The central station is just a few minutes walk away. The place is spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Salvatore is an excellent host — very friendly, welcoming, and we really appreciated his warm hospitality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, plus coffee, tea, and water. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable. Overall, great value for money — highly recommended!

Excellent location. Very close to metro station Duomo. Owner is very friendly and fast responsive. You have everything in apartment what you need.

Only problem is that when you are out there is no electricity and air conditioners don’t work and it was little cold when you return in room.

The flat is located 15-20 mins from the central station in a safe, if slightly run down area. It seemed worse in the dark when we arrived, partly because the pavements were so dark and bumpy for pulling suitcases along. It is well located for the port area and the Spanish Quarter and had air con in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. It was also a good size.

There is no living room so the only communal space is the kitchen but that is the price to pay for a cheaper 3 bedroom place, although the grey decor did it no favours. The sheets weren't great (synthetic) but it was clean and tidy. There was no air con in two of the bedrooms (although there was one fan) which wasn't a problem when we were there in September with temperatures in low to mid twenties. The fridge didn't seem to be working that well even when turned and food wasn't kept cold unless it was near the top of the fridge and at the back. One issue was that the key for the downstairs door (into the building) required a lot of jiggling to make it work. We raised this with the host but got no response.
