Terzo piano senza ascensore e con scale strette.

Near to train station, and city center. Large rooms, very effective air conditioner

Very high and nerrow stairs to the 3th floor.

Appartamento in una posizione ottima, abbiamo girato tutta Napoli a piedi ma volendo c’è la metro vicina. Il palazzo non è il massimo perché vecchio e con tre piani di scale un po’ difficili. Però ha tutto il necessario per stare comodi quindi sconsiglio solo per chi ha difficoltà a salire perché non c’è l’ascensore.

We stayed for 3 nights in the end of January. The air conditioning in the bedroom it was broken as a result half apartment had warm temperatures and the other half it was cold. The interiors in the apartment are relatively new. But the entrance is in a very bad shape. Also when entering to apartment it smells something like mold and this can be seen in some parts on the walls. Finally we were asked on our arrival €15 extra for taxes. I don't know why.
