A real gen of an apartment, perfect for a peaceful stay in the centre of keswick

Lovely place but needs a few areas to update/ upgrade.

Excellent location just a few yards from Booth’s. Quiet. Large parking bay suitable for disabled parking. Very clean. Comfortable mattresses. Dishwasher and washing machine available.

We stayed in 2024 December and liked it so booked again for 2025. We don’t recall having felt uncomfortable with the pillows the previous visit but this time we found them to get flat easily and unsupportive. The bed frame/ springs for the double bed creaked every time you turned over in bed which disturbed our sleep. The sofa in the lounge has also become very saggy to the point that I just couldn’t sit on it for any length of time before getting a sore back. There needs to be more table, tea and serving spoons. For some reason there are plenty of knives and forks but not enough spoons. The microwave position in the far corner of the kitchen top makes it a bit difficult to get the hot plates out and can be a potential hazard.

A perfect weekend in Keswick enhanced by an amazing property in an excellent location with on site parking.

Very clean and great layout. Excellent location being so close to the town centre and handy Supermarket. The bed was very cosy, shower was great and rest of the flat was perfect.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location.

Loved the huge comfortable double bed, the very well equipped and stylish kitchen. All the furnishings were of a high quality. The shower was lovely and hot. Loved the map wallpaper, all the small touches, everything had been thought of. The location was perfect for walking into town as well as very close to Booths.

Weekend away.

Great location to the centre of Keswick a few minutes walk, also a short walk to the Lake and the festival which we attended and participated in. Also the runners came past the apartment which was an added bonus for cheering them. Apartment was spacious, clean and had all amenities even though we didn't really make use of everything ( didn't use the washing machine, dishwasher or cooker). The weather was fabulous sunshine so we were outside most of the day, the apartment is spacious and comfortable enough to be well used on a rainy day. There is an allocated Parking space right outside for one car which is convenient too. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes away which is ideal. Great weekend and second time in this apartment.

The bed was a bit creaky but it was big and super comfortable. Liked everything else.

A lovely few days in a comfortable and well equipped apartment

Excellent location with the added bonus of parking outside the property. Close to the town centre, but a quiet apartment. Within walking distance to Booth's supermarket. Very comfortable beds, powerful shower and everything we needed. The bottle of Prosecco left for us was appreciated

The property is in a great location with modern bathroom and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The reserved parking is right outside the apartment which was perfect and everything is very accessible. WiFi is excellent and everything worked well.

Best place we’ve found so far to stay in Keswick

Very close to town centre and just a short walk to Booth’s. Allocated parking space. Very clean and comfortable. Everything for each room is very well organised. Quiet ( we think a few properties in the building were unoccupied during our stay). Excellent communications from owner.

Great Birthday weekend at a fantastic apartment

Very nice apartment close to the centre with parking space.Had everything we needed very quiet and Booths supermarket round the corner.Nice welcome bottle in the fridge on arrival great communication throughout and easy check in. Will definitely be returning had a great weekend.

Super ground floor apartment in Keswick

Great location, easy check in, lovely apartment with lots of attention to detail. They provided tea, coffee & biscuits and a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us in the fridge. We loved the map wall which was great for planning walks. The apartment was on the ground floor, so no extra steps if you have been out on the fells all day.

Very hard to find anything we didn't like. If we had to say anything it would be that the drying cycle on the washing machine caused a banging noise in the pipework, but we were pleased to have this facility to get our muddy walking clothes clean and dry so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Perfect self catering accommodation, equipped to a high standard, comfortable beds.

Excellent properly. Immaculately presented and the best equipped self catering properly we’ve ever stayed at. Bonus of parking space right outside the door and such a central location meant barely had to move the car during our stay. Little touches such as providing a bed guard for our young child and a bottle of fizz in the fridge on arrival made the stay even better. Host was quick to reply to messages. Would certainly stay here again.

There was more than we could have wanted, exceptionally immaculate and every need catered for! I will definately be staying here again! Highly recomended!! Perfect location and easy ground floor access, especially since it was the festive season 🥂! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!
