Lovely compact flat close to all the things we needed.

Excellent location near to everything we needed. Convenient parking right outside. Responsive and easy to use heating system so we were lovely and warm. Comfy beds and good selection of pillows.

En suite shower didn't drain, so we couldn't use it or we'd have flooded the bathroom. Could hear the people upstairs talking and moving around which wasn't a problem for us, but if there had been children as well it could have been very noisy. DVD player didn't work.

Great location

Fabulous home from home apartment. Great Keswick town location close to amenities, restaurants, shops and pubs. Comfortable beds. Quiet and a good nights sleep. Immaculate clean property. Would highly recommend. Used as a base to go hiking locally and travel to other locations for hiking.

A welcome pack or at least a pint of mik would have been nice, especially as it was Christmas week.

We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was warm, comfortable and very well equipped, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was perfect being so close to the supermarket and town centre. The apartment’s allocated parking space was right by the entrance so ideal for older couples like us.

Information about bin collection would have been helpful as the wheelie bin was full when we arrived and we missed bin collection day as we didn’t know. There appeared to be no facility for recycling. A visitor’s book would have been a nice addition as previous visitors can offer advice and tips about the apartment or location.

Soap dish in shower. Extractor in small bathroom very noisy stay’s on for 25 minutes.other than that nice apartment
