Excellent location near to everything we needed. Convenient parking right outside. Responsive and easy to use heating system so we were lovely and warm. Comfy beds and good selection of pillows.
En suite shower didn't drain, so we couldn't use it or we'd have flooded the bathroom.
Could hear the people upstairs talking and moving around which wasn't a problem for us, but if there had been children as well it could have been very noisy.
DVD player didn't work.

Great location, comfy beds!
Not sure this property is a 4* as advertised, more like a 3* Dated, tatty furniture.No shower gel or soap in the bathroom! Rusty radiator!
