A perfect home away from home that made our vacation truly unforgettable.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation home! This is the second time we rented this property and we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained everything was. The home was exactly as described—if not even better! The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, the beds were cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The outdoor space was just as lovely—perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was ideal—close enough to attractions and local spots, yet peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Amazing location for exploring the Lake District, accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Plenty space for the whole family and everything you need.

Loved the apartment and it’s location

Lovely property, well kitted out. Excellent location

We were surprised by how poor the access was. I think you need to make people aware of the steps to the property, there were a couple of really deep ones. The outside was really shabby and off-putting . It’s a shame because the inside was great.

Perfect location & spotless.

Loved Alban Rise. The location was perfect. The whole flat was spotless. It had everything we needed for a birthday weekend with our son.

We didn't like the metal steps up to the accommodation. I wish it had been mentioned in the write up before we booked. As I would maybe have reconsidered booking as we had my parents with us who are in their 80s . The top step on the first and second flight of stairs is uneven/larger than the other steps. My father fell and bumped his head. Thankfully he is ok. I would recommend that you put a health & safety hi viz sticker/paint on it.

Clean, tidy, spacious, functional and everything you need in a self contained place and quiet despite off where it was situated.

Only down side and it is a minor issue, first impression when you arrive, back off shops above a takeaway but the property itself was excellent inside and suitable for our needs .

We had a great time in beautiful Keswick. So much to see and do. Great pubs and restaurants.

As the property was above some shops there was quite a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning(4am) with delivery and waste disposal lorries

Excellent.It was a last minute booking and everything was organised very efficiently.

Really comfortable,spacious and well equipped.Loved the pictures and Christmas tree. Ideal location with easy access to the nearby fells.
