Cleanliness, view, amenities, comfortable beds, easy to contact host and location.
Some of the closets had personal belongings in them and check out time was an hour earlier than the norm but still 99.99% satified!

The views of Prescott were fabulous! The house was neat and clean, very comfortable. She has everything one would need for a great stay. It was even decorated for the Holiday! We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and out by the fire in the evening. Would definitely stay here again. The Host was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. Great stay!!

We loved the view! It was amazing! My in-laws came up from Tucson for my baby shower and we wanted to enjoy time with them in a private Airbnb and you given us just that. Everything there was great. We all had so much fun and good relaxation.
The weather kind of ruined the fire pit for us. LOL
$$$$
