Family friendly home just minutes from downtown Prescott. Spacious Kitchen with breathtaking views, comfortable living room with warm relaxing fireplace. The perfect home to enjoy with family and friends.
Only 1.8 Miles from the historic courthouse square and famous whisky row, but the privacy and seclusion of being tucked away in the forest.
As soon as you enter the charming home, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet comfortable living area and be ready to unwind from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
The fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining area open onto the relaxing living room with an intimate fireplace, setting the stage for family fun and unforgettable memories. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm, with views of the Prescott national forest, enhancing the cabin atmosphere, yet only being minutes from Downtown Prescott.
When you are ready to relax, you can choose to retreat to one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs or to the master suite downstairs. There is also a day bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs and a bunkbed with a twin and pullout futon downstairs. And with 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of mirror space for everyone!
But wait! The best is yet to come – step out onto the outdoor deck to catch a breath of fresh mountain air and marvel at the breathtaking views.
When you’ve had enough of the great outdoors, come to downstairs to enjoy fun board games and a gaming console with something to do for the whole family.

You will have the entire 2 story home to yourself with access to a garage for storage use
We will respect your privacy to the fullest and live locally incase you need anything.
Located up the famous scenic senator highway and surrounded by the National forest with incredible views .
3 minute drive to downtown Prescott
The driveway is very steep. You have a designated parking spot in front of the house but be careful when parking in the driveway and use parking break :)

The views are amazing and the large property was more than accommodating for my husband, myself and our dog. We're very big fans of Prescott and decided to celebrate our 8th/18th anniversary here, as we've done before. Drinking hot cocoa on the patio and watching the meteor shower will always be one of my favorite memories.
