Location Location Location. Whole house rental in historic district of Prescott, 2 levels and access from upstairs or downstairs. Cottage on Park is less than 1 mile from Whiskey Row, the square, courthouse, shopping, dining, hiking, and all with a great music scene. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Parking in driveway for 5 cars.
Main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, Living room, fireplace and a lounge area with additional couch and 2 chairs.
Downstairs "casita" has separate entrance from outside or upstairs fromthe main house. 1 bedroom with full bed, bathroom, laundry room, small kitchen, pull out queen sofa bed, and tv. Separate a/c system downstairs.
Property has a nice deck off the kitchen with a propane grill and a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. Total 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Seating for 6 at dining table. plus seating for 8 upstairs in living room and lounge.
Dog friendly but NO fenced yard just the deck with gates on both sides. Okay for small or medium size dog.

The home has everything you need… Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and overall a beautiful home…very clean! It might not be the right house for somebody who is physically challenged because there are a lot of stairs leading in and out of the house.
