Relax in the dry infrared sauna, curl up beside the indoor fireplace, or enjoy the wooded surroundings from the covered deck. With several outdoor seating areas and a separate downstairs TV/game room, there’s room for everyone to unwind—all just a short drive from downtown Prescott.
The space
Inside, settle in for a movie on the large living-room TV or enjoy a quiet evening beside the fireplace. The dry infrared sauna offers another way to relax after a day of exploring. Downstairs, a separate TV/game room with a pullout bed gives kids and teens their own space to hang out.
Outside, sip your morning coffee among the pines, lounge on the large sectional beneath the covered deck, or prepare dinner on the propane grill. An outdoor dining area, gas fireplace on the deck, and wood-burning fire pit create inviting places to gather.

Hill Haven is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is intended for relaxing getaways with family and friends.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered overnight guests are permitted, and additional visitors require prior approval.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud music, outdoor speakers, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Violations may result in termination of the reservation in accordance with booking-platform policies and applicable law. Guests are responsible for documented property damage and excessive cleaning costs.
Downtown Prescott’s restaurants, shops, and attractions are a short drive away. The Mountain Club playground and Boyle/DeBusk Open Space Preserve are also a short walk through the neighborhood.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and its private yard. The owner’s tiny home is in a separate, fenced area beside the guest yard, with its own gate accessed directly from the driveway. The owner occasionally stays there and accesses that area without passing through your private yard.
Other things to note
Indoor fireplace: Use Duraflame logs only—no natural wood. One Duraflame log is provided per stay.
Outdoor fires: Natural wood may be used only in the outdoor fire pit. There is also a gas fireplace on the deck. Follow posted instructions and any local fire restrictions.
Wildlife: Javelina and other wildlife frequent the area. Enjoy them from a distance, avoid approaching or feeding them, and keep all gates and the garage door closed to prevent animals from entering.
Pest control: The property receives monthly pest control service. Because the home is in a wooded setting, insects and other pests may occasionally be present despite regular treatment. Please contact us promptly if you notice an issue so we can address it.
