Place is clean, with two seperate double beds, small space but has everything you need for a short stay. Location is superb-all the places to sightsee within walking distance ❤️
I was asked for a deposit only after I payed the fee, without deposit you have no access to premises (host does not provide access code for a key) even though you payed for stay in the booking platform, which was frustrating to say the least 😧 On the positive note, deposit was return on the same day as we checked out, just as promised 🤗

Good location, 5 minute walk from a grocery store and and city center. Room is big with two beds. Can host a family for a day or two
Building and room is a bit old fashioned on the ground floor. The bus station is just outside the window. Bathroom is a tiny bit small

Central location of Tartu
smell, kind of odour in the bathroom coming from old pipes. Not very clean curtains. Host requires a bank account transfer as a deposit (included in the description of the hotel). The money was reimbursed right after the stay.
