Sijainti oli todella hyvä, aivan kävelykadun vieressä. Avain-ovikoodisysteemi oli meille sopiva ja käytännöllinen. Keittiöstä löytyi kahvinkeitin.

Huoneistossa ei ollut luvattua terassia. Vain makuuhuoneessa oli ikkuna. Alkuperäinen asunto on ilmeisesti jaettu kahdeksi asunnoksi ja kaikki eristys puuttui.
