The perfect place for a short stay

Good stay...but...

The apartment was clean, bright and warm. The kitchen had a washing machine, stovetop, fridge, sink and dishes (no microwave).

The handrail on the stairs going up to the loft was loose which made the steep stairs dangerous. The coffee machine didn't work. I reported these to the owner who is planning to fix them. Once these are corrected I would recommend staying here.

What a fantastic little apartment. Right in the centre of Ivrea, surrounded by bars and shops. The apartment itself was simple but modern. We would have liked to stay longer.

The Apartment was clean & had Air Conditioning

When renting an Apartment I expect to be able to be self sufficient without going out to Restaurants every night and being able to have cereals for breakfast. The Apartment did not ant cereal bowls, no bread knife, no cups with handles to have tea, no bottle opener or corkscrew. In addition it would have been convenient to have had a toaster & small microwave. Also it would have been helpful if there had been information regarding getting a taxi, places to eat, information regarding the City and surrounding area.

L'ingresso in alloggio si può fare in autonomia seguendo le indicazioni del gestore. Tastierino elettronico all'esterno del palazzo, e cassettina con le chiavi davanti alla porta dell'appartamento, all'interno del palazzo. Dopo le spiegazioni del gestore l'utilizzo del tastierino esterno è semplice. Un pochino di complicazione in più per aprire la cassettina delle chiavi all'interno, ma è il solito problema di tutte le cassettine, dove sganciare lo sportellino non è sempre facile. L'appartamento è luminoso, nuovissimo, super pulito, bel bagno, spazioso. Biancheria della casa tutta presente a sufficienza, macchinetta del caffè a cialde a disposizione. Tenete conto che per accedere al letto bisogna salire su di un soppalco, quindi si deve salire una scaletta un poco ripida. Il soffitto è comunque molto alto, quindi anche sul soppalco non ci sono problemi di altezza. Non è un appartamento adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità per la presenza delle scale, anche se di pochi gradini, all'interno del palazzo. Siete in pieno centro, e appena uscite di casa avete bar in abbondanza, gelaterie, pasticcerie, pizzerie, e anche un piccolo supermercato molto fornito. A due passi dalla via centrale pedonale con negozi di vario tipo, a due passi dalla passeggiata Lungo Dora e dai giardini del corso.

Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und dafür war das Apartment super. Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke.

Buono solo per una notte!

La posizione, l'aria condizionata presente nell'ambiente e la doccia comoda e spaziosa.

La funzionalità della cucina, provvista esclusivamente di due pentole (sporche), piatti, bicchieri, tazze e posate. Non presente neanche una tovaglia o tovagliette per poter mangiare. Mancava ogni prodotto utile alla pulizia, anche semplicemente per dare una spazzata a terra visto che eravamo lì per 5 notti. Inoltre mi sono stati forniti solamente 2 asciugamani (doccia e viso), nonostante sia presente il bidet e avessi chiesto un asciugamano aggiuntivo (richiesta a cui non ho mai avuto risposta). Inoltre se soggiornate nell'appartamento verde tenete conto che è come se foste in un negozio, l'unica presa d'aria è un finestrone che da su strada, separato dall'ambiente esterno da un'ulteriore portafinestra fissa. Questo dettaglio non si evince dalla descrizione dell'appartamento.

Facile d'accès, très bien placé, mais des détails qui gâchent l'expérience

L'emplacement est vraiment très bon, extrêmement bien placé en cœur de ville. L'appartement est neuf, il y'a une machine à laver.

Literie de mauvaise qualité, le canapé lit est usé et déformé, le matelas est très fin, ce n'est pas confortable. Je pense qu'ils auraient tout intérêt à remplacer le canapé par un vrai lit. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas et inondait la salle de bain à chaque douche. Enfin la télécommande de la clim fonctionnait très mal. La TV n'a pas pu être allumée. Le ramassage des poubelles nous a réveillé le matin (6h du matin).

Appartamento moderno e gradevole

C'erano solo 2 capsule di caffè e mi sembravano un po pochine, il contenitore per l'acqua della macchina del caffè era pieno di calcare. Lavatrice inutilizzabile perché non c'era Detersivo. Un solo asciugamano ospite ede eravamo.in due a soggiornare, il rotolo per la carta igienica non aveva un porta rotolo e quindi era poggiato sul davanzale, il sapone per le mani era poco e diluito nel dispenser e non c'era sapone di cortesia per doccia . Lo staff non lo abbiamo visto perché ci hanno chiesto i documenti tramite w/app e questo non è carino.

Leider kein Bett in der Wohnung, das vorhandene Schlafsofa ist eine Zumutung! Total durchgelegen, zu zweit kaum ein Auge zugemacht. Zwei Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wirken ziemlich abgezählt. Kaum WiFi - Empfang!

Mit ein Paar Änderungen noch besser ...

Die moderne Einzimmer-Wohnung liegt in einem neuen Gebäude direkt im Stadtzentrum (Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Cafes & Restaurants um die Ecke.) Der Self-Check-in und - out war praktisch. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer. Der Preis war günstig.

In der Wohnung fehlen eine Garderobe und Kleiderbügel. Es gab auch keine Geschirrablage und / oder kein Geschirrtuch. (Wie soll man das Geschirr abtrockenen???) Der Kühlschrank (bzw. das Eisfach) war kaputt. (Ich habe aber Bescheid gegeben.) Die Batterien für die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers müssen ausgetauscht werden: Sie taten es nicht mehr. Die Zahlen in der Schlüsselbox kann man schlecht erkennen (vor allem, weil das Licht im Flur immer wieder ausgeht ...)

Ottima struttura

Struttura recentissima, pulita e comodissima essendo in pieno centro di Ivrea con parcheggio auto pubblico (a pagamento durante il giorno) proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari e anche molto carina all'interno con il letto su un soppalco che si affaccia sll'area salotto/cucina. Molto gradevole.

Soggiorno centralissimo ad Ivrea

Posizione molto comoda al centro di Ivrea. Se fossimo venuti in auto, forse non sarebbe stato facilissimo trovare parcheggio (e senz'altro non gratuito), ma muovendoci a piedi è un luogo comodo al centro, ai negozi e a ristoranti e bar. La stanza è particolare, con i due livelli uniti da una scala (per noi è andata bene, chi ha qualche problema di deambulazione deve tener conto che è stretta e piuttosto ripida), molto piacevole, in ottimo stato e noi l'abbiamo trovata pulita con cura. I letti sono comodi e gli infissi sono buoni, tenendo fuori il rumore esterno. Il prezzo pagato è stato esattamente quanto previsto e molto conveniente per la qualità che si riceve.

Occorrerebbe provvedere con qualche articolo di toeletta (doccia schiuma e cose simili) in più.

Appartamento moderno. Molto carino lo spazio tra l'appartamento e il muro esterno visibile dalla grande finestra a vetri. Dotato di lavatrice e televisione. Doccia molto bella e funzionale.

Manca di un appendiabiti La camera puzzava di fumo di sigaretta al nostro arrivo. I coltelli dalla punta arrotondata rendevano difficile cucinare o sbucciare la frutta. Sarebbe stato più comodo se ci fosse stata anche una padella.

Weekend ad Ivrea consigliato!

Appartamento bello, moderno e pulito! La cucina era ben attrezzata e aveva anche qualcosa per la colazione. Bagno curato e pulito, e doccia con acqua calda a volontà. In generale, spazi ampi, letto e divano comodi, tutto molto confortevole! Dalla stazione dei treni ci si impiega circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento, e da li si è in centro città.

Aggiungerei qualche informazione/materiale informativo riguardo alla città e ai maggiori punti di interesse. Qualche consiglio su ristoranti, attività storiche ecc.. e soprattutto informazioni riguardo al check-out.

la struttura molto carina ha una posizione centralissima con anche un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze!!!!le modalità di check-in molto sbrigative ed efficienti

purtroppo ci sono stati anche molti problemi una Wi-Fi non funzionante,un divano letto scomodo anche povero di suppellettili,nello stesso mancavano molte cose(qualche cialdina pronta per un caffè mattutino,un poggia bagagli e portabiti)!Basterebbe qualche dettaglio in più per impreziosire il tutto che risulta,allo stato un po’ scarno!!!
