👏🇮🇹“ La casa di aurora” is a cozy and comfortable house located very close to the center. it has a supermarket nearby and many shops. it’s big, comfortable and super super clean! also, it’s fully equipped and it has everything you need and more. I’m very thankful to the owner since she received us before the Check-in time as we didn’t have anyplace to stay with our luggage. I recommend this accommodation

I got used to climbing up and down the 67 steps to the flat after a bit. Brilliant views!

The flat was homely. It felt like someone's home.

BEL SOGGIORNO

Appartamento grande in ottima posizione centrale con vista sul castello. La città la si può girare agevolmente a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno. L’alloggio è silenzioso, pulito e confortevole per potervi soggiornare comodamente. La proprietaria ci ha accolto all’arrivo ed è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione

Qualche gancio in bagno per poter appendere gli asciugamani e parquet nelle camere che fa rumore quando si cammina

Belle découverte

L'emplacement du logement après sa découverte. Bien centré avec la possibilité de tout faire à pied. L'hôte de la maison est très acceuillante et adore partager les choses à découvrir de sa ville.

Si je dois relever un point négatif, peut-être, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de grand lit.

Posizione strategica e parcheggio riservato in cortile interno. Ottimo sia per muoversi liberamente in città che uscire verso Aosta. Grande disponibilità della proprietaria, molto gentile.

Il terzo piano senza ascensore era ben segnalato, ma non mi aspettavo che le scale fossero così ripide. L' alloggio è datato, ma è tutto funzionante; gli infissi sono nuovissimi e non manca nulla.

Ivrea o oprire frumoasă la baza Alpilor

Am apreciat locația în special pentru distanța foarte mică față de centru și de asemenea ieșirea foarte facilă către Monte Bianco.

Având o vârstă și trebuind să ne deplasam de câteva ori de jos sus și invers, nu a fost cel mai ușor să urci 3 etaje, ultimul de altfel. Fiind și ft cald a fost destul de inconfortabil, lipsind aerul condiționat...geamurile deschise au permis prezența țânțarilor.

l'appartamento è davvero ampio con stanze anche esuberanti rispetto alle necessità. L'appartamento si compone di un corridoio che dà accesso al soggiorno, con stanza jolly, la cucina\pranzo, due camere da letto doppie, il bagno. La proprietà è stata disponibile per il check ad orario concordato telefonicamente. Il prezzo è molto conveniente

l'appartamento è ubicato al 3° piano di un fabbricato accessibile solo con rampa scala senza ascensore. La mobilia è datata e soprattutto manca l'aria condizionata. Il soggiorno è avvenuto a giugno, con temperatura calda e soprattutto molta umidità. Non era possibile stare con le finestre aperte perché mancano le zanzariere e i tendaggi non sono presenti in tutte le stanze.

La disponibilità della proprietaria, veramente gentile! Luogo pulito e semplice da raggiungere, abbiamo usato la casa per appoggio per salire il giorno dopo in montagna ed è stata perfetta.
