Sehr cooles Design! Die Wohnung ist von Olivetti inspiriert. Auf kleinstem Raum ist alles untergebracht, das meiste scheint noch original zu sein. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis, das sich absolut lohnt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top und die Kommunikation mit Barbara super!
Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr interessant, aber es stehen einige Renovierungen an, mit denen allerdings begonnen wurde. Man darf sich von den offenen Kabeln und den recht verkommenen Fluren nicht abschrecken lassen.

Une expérience architecturale... Chaque espace est calculé au millimètre (mention spéciale pour la salle de bain) et on s'y sent bien partout. Les indications de Barbara tant pour le check-in que le parking sont parfaites. Et un des rares bâtiments Olivetti sur la même rive que le centro storico.

Sicuramente il prezzo e la posizione della struttura.
Tutto l'insieme ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione, in particolare il servizio igienico era privo di bidet.
