Great location, lovely comfortable house with all amenities

Some pillows did not have protectors on them, despite the in house information saying that the pillow protectors were sprayed with anti viral spray

The location was excellent. After the property went into darkness one night i phoned the emergency number and the response was immediate. The letting agent got straight back to me explaining that this sometimes happens on the island and and the supplier hoped the electricity would be back on in 1/2 hours. It was back on in 45 minutes.

The apartment needs an upgrade. Curtains in holes, bath rusty at plug hole, black mould around bath and shower area. When i striped the bed on leaving the quilt i had used was in holes too. The owner used his key and walked in to the apartment as i was just out of the shower, i was not impressed at all, having to dash into the bedroom out of sight. He said he was there to introduce himself and check on keys. Ok thats sorted, we though wrong, half an hour later as we were opening the door to go out he was there again with his key in the door to come in again, frightning us. This time he wanted a spare key from us saying the letting agent hadnt got one and there had been a problem before our stay. I really cant understand why the letting agent would need a key when there is a key safe on the property for use in an emergency.
