We had a pleasant stay and location is perfect for the beach.

Nice property, close to the beach and all amenities.

Fixtures and fittings are a bit tired. It's in need of a bit of refurbishment. That said, there is everything you need. And it's fairly clean and comfortable. Good space for families, although we couldn't assemble the portable cot supplied .

Condition of the building, downstairs shower door not closing, upstairs shower made awful noise, lack of games, no bedroom surfaces, only window ledge, no chairs in bedrooms, no coffee table in lounge and front door and key safe box very difficult to open.

A beautiful home from home

The Beach house was absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay in Treaddur Bay, we were visiting family nearby for the weekend and this was the perfect base for us. The proximity to the beach is perfect, dog friendly too, which is always a bonus. A safe and secure garden for the dog and children to play in. We were given a beautiful welcome basket of goodies and really helpful instructions for settling in. The house had everything you needed and is only a 7 minute drive from the nearest supermarkets, and a 2 minute walk from the local Spar. The beach over the road is sectioned in half in the summer months for dogs and they must be kept on leads on the promenade. The bathtub upstairs is huge and the perfect size for a relaxing soak. The beds are so comfy that I checked the labels so I could buy some of the pillows for at home! We all slept so well. The children loved the bunk beds and also having their own "den" to sit in away from us oldies! The outdoor hoses are a brilliant idea for when returning from the beach and rinsing the sand off of everything. The dishwasher was a luxury for us as we don't have one at home, we will definitely be back for another stay!

We really had to look hard to find something we didn't like, which was that the sofas are quite low to the ground and I struggle with back problems and need a good height on my chair. But that's just a personal preference!

Good location, good instruction on all aspects of house heating etc but overall property very tired,

Location good close to beach, garden fine for eating out in. Sufficient seating.

The BBQ couldn’t be used until we spent half an hour cleaning it. The shower upstairs was near to flooding lifted out the drain cover and it hadn’t been cleaned was clogged and quite gross.

Had a good time meeting up with family and old friends in the area.

The House is in a great location, with-in walking distance to the beach. Comfortable Ikea beds.

The house wasn't very clean, especially the kitchen. We found a pair of shoe under one of the beds which had not been seen by the cleaner. The house is currently up for sale and I think that the owner have just let it go, it just needs a bit of TLC.

The property was beautiful, perfect location very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the bedding was luxurious and very pretty. Perfect for a large family, and for dog owners, private enclosed garden.
