Property is in a perfect location right opposite the beach. It is well equipped clean and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Lots of little extras provided by the owner like milk and orange juice. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children and the bedroom configuration worked perfectly for us with the children taking the two upstairs rooms with their own bathroom.
The owner popped in to see us and was very friendly and welcoming and always in hand if we needed anything as he lives next door
After I had booked the property a really bad review was made by another guest only weeks before we were due to stay. I was very anxious to go to the property especially as I had booked it for ourselves and a group of friends so I felt responsible if it really was how the guest had reviewed it.
I had no need to worry and whoever wrote the review was clearly trying gain some compensation by writing such a bad review.
Please ignore any poor reviews as this place was fabulous

recent booking from 24th December till

The stay was very disappointing the building was generally of poor quality & condition glass dinning table did not extend fully, we needed this to due to being 7 people for Christmas dinner. I did contact you before asking about dinning table & seating. The upstairs bedroom reclining chair was broken & dangerous, however above all each room stank and had a musty damp smell, there were wet patches, peeling paint & discoloured walls. Excessive condensation on the windows, with visible mold spores & patches throughout the property & including the bedroom.
This is a dangerous & serious health hazard & caused some of our guests to have allergic reactions, headaches & breathing difficulties. As landlords / proprietors you have a legal duty to insure that properties are let
in a healthy & safe condition. Your duties were clearly not met. I am happy to share photo evidence.
The property is tired, dirty & damp throughout, furniture seems to be secondhand at best.
Front bedroom bedding had stains & crumbs on sheet. ( not much you can do to resolve on Christmas’s eve night)
Bedroom with en-suite base of bed broken, meaning rolling to one side on the bed.
I have taken our complaint up with booking.com & the owner who’s been no responsive.

Location
Disgusting. Not worth the money. Damp everywhere, dirty marks on bedsheets, curtains stained and most hanging off rails. filthy inside wardrobes, wardrobe door hanging off. Burn marks in carpet. Multiple light bulbs not working. Your clothes smelt of damp the next day. Gas safety out of date, last carried out 2023. Carbon monoxide not checked weekly, last check was April 2025. Ashtrays in the garden full of cigarettes ends. Rotten parts of the decking, railings missing from decking. Patio furniture filthy and ripped. Garden over grown. Fridge doesn’t keep food at correct chilled level. It’s not working correctly. Washing machine full of rust, ironing board covered in mould , iron all burn marks. The list is endless. My advice AVOID spend your £3300 on another property. Not worth what I paid. Disgusting state of repair, not as advertised and clearly dangerous as safety checks not in order

Good location central in village, handy for local shops, places to eat, etc. short walk to the lovely sandy beach of Treaddur Bay. Nice clean house well equipped, plenty of bathrooms / en-suite shower rooms. Grandkids enjoyed their own loft rooms.

The location was perfect and the size of property was great with enclosed gardens to the back was ideal for my young child
The cleanliness of the house was not great and think in general it could do with a whole lick of paint and deep clean. There was a funky smell from the drains in the bathroom, Flies and dust on arrival in varies places which should of been picked up if had just been cleaned for our stay.
