Great location ruined by terrible service by an appalling management company.

The location was very good for accessing the peninsula, local area with good eateries, shops. Plenty of great places to visit numerous castles, nature reserves and general area was fantastic.

The facilities where not as advertised with no broadband at all throughout the stay, the accommodation needs to assessed as it had a numerous issues many of which were potentially dangerous or are limited due to being locked. All attempts to get fixes in place where ignored or attempted to be brushed off despite escalation to the director of the management company who in discussion did not seem to really care about his clients or their clients. Failure to adequately resolve our issues meant that we needed to reach out repeatedly during our stay, something the management company amazingly strenuously denied. In the end we had no choice to reach out to booking.com who were good enough to apologize but could not offer recompense as the management company would not even speak to them. My advice is do not stay in any properties run by this company (check details on booking.com) as they do not care about you or the properties they supposedly running, we will not be returning to them ever.

Would recommend

Amazing location for scenery, however is at the top of quite a steep hill. Not a problem for us but something to bare in mind if mobility is limited. The front room is lovely looking out over the sea. Nice to have 2 separate seating areas inside.

Nothing we didn't like, it was beautiful. Plenty of pots/pans etc, only thing I would say is the plates and dishes are quite small so if your eating in and like big portions then take a couple of plates with you. The ensuite bath is also very small, again not an issue for us. Overall absolutely no complaints at all.

We really loved Pedwar Gwynt and it will be top of the list for our next visit to Trearddur.

The location of the property was perfect for us, as it's so accessible. My Mum can't walk too far so being so close to the beach was wonderful as she could walk at her own pace and have the independence. Also, we could carry our paddle board down the road so no need to deflate and re-inflate in order to get it in the car!

A small thing but the second double bedroom has a metal bed frame with a high footboard making the space between the open door and left hand side of the bed a little awkward. A bed with just a headboard would be better so you don't knock yourself on the door handle or bed.

Beautiful location

Location was stunning and close to restaurants and a pub, beautiful little beaches on the door step that the dogs absolutely loved, trearddur bay beach further down too. Secure garden and a hose which helped wash the dogs down after going in the sea. Sea views from windows are beautiful.

The property needs a little updating, marks on seating in conservatory, shower curtain dirty, a cooker knob was broken so couldn’t use one of the hobs, bin lid had string attached to open it as the button didn’t work on it, bedding was clean at least and front room, drawers in bedroom with bunk beds were full of dust, had to use them as one of the bedrooms with double bed didn’t have any drawers.
