Spacious and warm in the mornings and evening. Hot tub was fantastic. Lovely touch with the Xmas tree.
It was a little tired, needed a refurbishment. Kitchen was small, no bin bags, washing up liquid. Crockery/glasses all over the place! Cold there in the afternoon, car parking was awkward/narrow, could do with losing part of the front lawn so vehicles don’t have to reverse out into the road.

House is a little tired and in need of updating / decorating but i understand this is in the process of being done. Upstairs big room obviously been done which was lovely.

Such a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay. A wonderful dining room large enough for all our family, the range cooker was outstanding for making our christmas dinner .
Unfortunately it seems that the property could do with a very good clean through with areas in need of a freshen up on decor also. Starting upstairs we chose not to shower in the master bedroom ensuite due to how dirty the shower/ door track was (picture attached).
The bedding in the master bedroom had cigarette burns in and numerous stains visible. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom has large yellow stains visible. The door bar between the entrance hall and kitchen was loose and had to be moved out the way for our whole stay as we had elderly family members who had been caught by the bar and had tripped numerous times. The pillows provided throughout the stay were a dark stained yellow colour. Large cobwebs were present throughout the house which we ended up hoovering ourselves before we settled in. Behind all the furniture cobwebs and dust were very thick , this was not hidden and was completely visible at the edges of furniture . Whilst outside we realised the upper floor balcony had been secured using cable ties which is extremely dangerous as the fall below is onto concrete. Whilst getting ready for our christmas dinner we went to set the table to find cutlery and plates / crockery were put away dirty .Overall the general consensus of our stay is that it was a shame it was so dirty as the area is stunning and the house has great potential with just a small amount of TLC.
