The moment you walk into this condo, you’ll notice the well-thought-out interior design choices. Head up the stairs to the main level, passing the ground-floor patio as you do. This adorable patio is decorated with potted succulents and a dining area that seats six - perfect for sipping a cup of coffee in the morning or dining under the lights at night. While your kids are playing around, you can unwind in the soothing hot tub.

Upstairs, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living space and kitchen, with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the California sunshine. The living area features a snazzy sectional and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar - a great spot to enjoy a morning snack. This space also features a dining area that seats four, as well as a patio with a grill and a dining set.

The bedrooms are on this floor as well, decorated in the same modern-retro aesthetic. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a posh geometric comforter, as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is similar in style and offers a queen-size bed, with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hall. For additional sleeping space, there’s a comfortable twin-size cot that can be used. Other highlights of this condo include free WiFi, satellite cable and streaming options, beach equipment for guest use, and ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms.

This condo sits approximately two blocks from the ocean, with even closer proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Pacific Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. It's just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego.

Location was in walking distance to Pacific Beach restaurants, bars, beach, markets, etc.

We had a nice time at the condo. The condo was at good located to where you could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. When we were looking for a condo garage was a priority. Booked and received confirmation with the garage code. We were given a code that didn't work and another car was parked inside. Called office of the issue didn't get an answer till Wednesday. Owner didn't want the garbage to be used. Good thing parking was available on the streets. Second both garbage bins were full and it took them 3 days to get them emptied. Patio was also full of spider webs which had to be removed every day.

Location was perfect, close to our son and to anything we needed. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The private parking spot was a must on the weekends and very helpful.
