About this house rental
A lovely beach cottage in pacific beach. Recently renovated with high end amenities, carefully landscaped back and front yard, spacious deck, fire pit, and grill. All rooms have newest model mini split ACs, you can set the desired temperature. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes away from the Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd with lots of bars, restaurants and night life. It is yet in a residential area, away from the noise, specially with all the new double pane windows.

We had a great time and lived that we could walk everywhere. Property was walking distance to great beaches, coffee shops and restaurants (and even the local cvs). Really appreciated the parking space and air con. Had all the amenities we needed, including washer/dryer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked along with high end appliances. The outdoor space was perfect for our pup. Great location.Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property a number of years ago and we're happy with place. This time not so much. The front door wouldn't lock so we we're told to use the back which was broken and wouldn't lock. We didn't feel safe knowing the house wasn't secure. The place was dirty. I don't think the floors have been mopped for a very long time.
