About this house rental
Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury, visit online to view virtual tours/videos/discounts. Ideally located in South Pacific Beach, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has it all for a beach vacation your family will never forget! We have implemented cleaning protocols based on CDC and DOD cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. We are just two blocks from a vibrant sandy beach, a short walk to Garnet Street (the heart of Pacific Beach) with plenty of restaurants and interesting shops to explore, and a short stroll to Mission Bay and a great view of Sea World fireworks.
The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. This is the second unit from the front of the building. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.
Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. We can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably!
We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) a pack 'n play for the little ones to sleep, a high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!
Our garage with code-pad entry fits one small sedan inside and you can park another vehicle of any size directly outside the garage. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.
We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.
Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun!

Our Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $250 for cancellations greater than 60 days. After 60 days, refund contingent on our ability to book the nights cancelled. We will consider rentals up to 3 months.
The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.
Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.
There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. We stayed at this townhome for an action-packed week in mid-November. It was an excellent location -just a short two block walk to Grand Avenue & Pacific Beach to the west and a short walk to Mission Bay as well. Having garage parking in such a prime location was extremely nice to have. The house was clean with an very good layout. We have used VRBO for many family vacations and we can say that the level of communication with the homeowner was the best that we have ever experienced. We appreciated the attention to detail and the notes/recommendations on things to do in the area.We ensured that we drove across San Diego during non peak periods to avoid traffic and our drive to-and-from the townhouse was relatively quick. Going to Balboa Park, downtown and even Coronado Island or Point Loma was roughly 20 minutes.We would highly recommend this townhome and we would not hesitate in returning there on our next trip to San Diego. We had the most amazing time in this vacation home. Very good, cozy location. Not a lot of road noise or noisy neighbors. We had ages ranging from 1.5- 59yrs. Stairs were very safe inside & big enough for alone time. Loved the crib & double stroller for walks to the beach. BBQ was a plus, had to light one side manually but worked great. Kitchen could use oven mits & more drinking glasses but otherwise well stocked. Lots of kid books & some toys. High chair was a huge help. Double bed was a little squeaky but entire home was still amazing and fun. Great air conditioning and location. Thanks!

We loved our stay here for a family vacation with our 4.5 and 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for our family, and we especially loved the kid-friendly touches like pack n play with comfy mattress, kids books and beach toys, and best of all the double stroller, which we took to the zoo, Legoland, and for strolls around the neighborhood, to get coffee, etc. The location is super walkable to the beach, which ended up being our kids favorite activity despite all our bigger outings! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location to friends!

Great trip and an amazing place to stay. Very safe neighborhood that is close to the beach. We had an awesome trip. Townhome has very nice accommodations and top of the line housing items to use. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
